Occupational Health and Tort Reform & Human Rights Conference in Turin

This year’s conference of the Occupational Health and Tort Reform Special Interests Groups was held over two days on Thursday the 20th and Friday 21st of November 2025 in the beautiful City of Turin. 

The Conference was ably organised and run by the Chair of our Tort Reform Group  Marco Bona, Giulia Oberto our Italian General Board member, Umberto Oliva, Chair of our Occupational Health Group and Edoardo Traversa.

Birth Injury Seminar with AAJ in Paris

The AAJ/PEOPIL Brith Injury and Medical Negligence seminar in Paris this week was yet another successful collaboration between AAJ’s Birth Trauma Litigation Group and Medical Negligence Information Exchange Group and PEOPIL’s Medical Negligence Special Interest Group.
